Returns and Refunds
​
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy beginning from the date of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging and condition, with tags attached, and all accessories included. We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way.
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will issue a refund for the purchase price (less any shipping charges) within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used to make the original purchase. If the product is found to be missing original packaging and/or hangtags, a refund will be in the form of store credit only at the current list price.

Please note that unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect item ordered, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges and the cost of the provided return label will be deducted from the return.

Cancellations and Exchanges

Our aim is to ship your items quickly. If you need to cancel your order, you have 2 hours from the time of purchase to do so for a full refund to the original form of payment. If you don't cancel within this time, the order will be processed and prepared for shipping. Please note that all handmade items, by nature, may have imperfections which will not qualify as defects or damage for an exchange or return.

Flat Rate Shipping

We strive to provide a hassle-free shopping experience for our customers, which includes affordable and convenient shipping options. For domestic orders, we offer a flat rate of $10 for shipping, regardless of the size or weight of the package. This way, you can shop with confidence, knowing that you won't be surprised by any unexpected shipping fees at checkout. For our international customers, we charge standard USPS shipping costs based on the destination and package size.
